WHAT IS A PEN SALE???

 This is a pen sale, not an auction. You, the breeder, control price, terms, and guarantees. At check-in(Conducted with AWE show animals) you must leave your original ARI Certificate with Hidden Treasures. The Certificates will be released when animals are sold. An 8% commission on animals sold will be charged by Hidden Treasures to cover costs. No charge will be assessed on animals that do not sell. When you pay your 8% fee to Hidden Treasures your ARI Certificate will be released to you and your buyer.

We encourage consigning farms to take credit cards. Check with your local bank for this option. Hidden Treasures will not supply contracts, bills of sale, or livestock insurance. These are the responsibility of the seller/buyer.

Industry Experts will be on hand to help evaluate animals. We have hired him FOR YOU... USE HIM!! He has a PHD in Animal Science and an extensive knowledge of livestock and EPDs.

This is YOUR Pen Sale. Market yourselves, decorate pens, display ribbons, yarns, and items made from your females. Most importantly have fun and enjoy the Alpaca Western Extravaganza!!
